By signing the Membership Covenant and Private Association Agreement you have entered into a private, consensual relationship with Evoke as an integrated auxiliary of Be Well Church Ministry. This document serves as your orientation to our shared space, purpose, and practices. All activities here remain within the private domain of our faith community.
Our Membership Covenant and Private Association Agreement establishes a private relationship under the fundamental right of freedom of association. Expand each item below to review the key points of your agreement.
All interactions, communications, gatherings, and relationships exist within the private domain. This is a selective, consensual relationship outside the public domain.
All communications and records are confidential. External agencies have no authority or access to our private matters.
Members take full responsibility for their own spiritual, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Participation in all activities is by informed, conscious choice.
Our relationships are governed by natural law principles. Any conflicts are resolved internally through private mediation. Public courts lack jurisdiction over our internal private association matters.
Either party may end the relationship with notice while maintaining confidentiality and private status.
This structure protects our religious liberty and creates a safe space for authentic spiritual practice and community building. Conflicts or disagreements remain within the private association and are not taken outside to public forums.

We believe in living in the emotions of reverence and rebirth. We recognize that everything is interconnected. Through authentic being and conscious non-interference, we align with natural law. Our faith rests in the constant renewal available in each present moment of choosing to Be Well Regardless.
This choice — to Be Well Regardless — is both spiritual and biological. Maintaining wellbeing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, supporting cellular repair, immune function, and mental clarity. It is the most intelligent state from which to meet life's challenges.
Our approach integrates spiritual, physical, and economic wellbeing. We support community wellness through economic empowerment, local self-determination, and practical projects that benefit the whole.
Evoke operates as an integrated auxiliary of Be Well Church Ministry. It provides sacred support for our religious practices while maintaining the Church's protections under IRC section 508(c)(1)(A) automatic tax-exempt status.
Sacrament, including plant-based medicines used in guided spiritual contexts, is available only to members as a benefit of participation in our private religious community. These practices help evoke a profound sense of wellbeing, reverence, and connection to natural law. They support our mission of conscious participation and renewal.
When you make a donation to the ministry, you are contributing to our shared mission of making these sacred tools and experiences available to aligned members. You are not purchasing a product or service. As a member you may choose to:

◆ Accept a benefit (sacrament) as part of your spiritual practice.
◆ Gift the benefit to another aligned member (subject to availability and guidelines).
All donations support broader ministry work, including community wellness initiatives, education, and projects such as the Community Market, Community Resource platform, Regenerative Forestry, and Evoke programs.
